Subscriptions Remote PC

Overview

Subscriptions Remote PC is a shared remote Windows environment used to access subscription tools that are not used from local devices.

One example is Tegus for expert calls.

Access

1. Open your remote desktop app.
2. In 1Password, switch to the Subscriptions vault.
3. Find the Subscriptions PC remote desktop credentials.
4. If you cannot access this vault or entry, contact support@hvcapital.com.
5. Sign in to the Subscriptions Remote PC using these credentials.

Common Tasks

Open Tegus

1. Connect to the Subscriptions Remote PC.
2. Open a browser inside the remote session.
3. Click the Tegus bookmark.

Troubleshooting

• If audio input is not working in the remote session, confirm the user has enabled microphone access in their local RDP client before connecting.
• If login fails, verify credentials in 1Password Subscriptions vault.
• If required credentials are missing, contact support@hvcapital.com.
