Tegus
Overview
Tegus is used for calls with external experts.
Access is provided through the Subscriptions Remote PC, not directly from local devices.

Access
- Open your remote desktop app.
- In 1Password, switch to the
Subscriptionsvault. - Find the credentials for the
Subscriptions PCremote desktop entry. - If you cannot find the credentials or do not have access to the
Subscriptionsvault, contactsupport@hvcapital.com. - Connect to the Subscriptions Remote PC using the credentials from 1Password.
- In the remote PC session, open the browser.
- Open Tegus from the browser bookmark and continue from there.
Common Tasks
Start a Tegus session
- Connect to the Subscriptions Remote PC.
- Open browser and click the Tegus bookmark.
- Run your expert call workflow in Tegus.
Troubleshooting
- If remote login fails, re-check username/password in 1Password
Subscriptionsvault and retry. - If the
Subscriptionsvault is missing, contactsupport@hvcapital.com. - If the Tegus bookmark is missing in the browser, contact IT support.
