Overview

This is a semi-automated patchwork solution for producing the Monday meeting notes without taking them manually. It will never re-enter production.

Access

Since this has been removed from production, no shared access is needed. Any and all recordings have always been removed locally on the same day as soon as the email draft was completed. The small n8n workflow will cease to exist as soon as the cloud-based instance n8n.hvcapital.com is discontinued. The Python script will be deleted when Milos factory-resets his laptop on March 31, 2026.

API Keys

Employee-level on 1password, irrelevant since the project has been retired.

Common Tasks

1. Join the Monday meeting via Teams/Zoom securely
2. Record audio locally via QuickTime player
3. Transcribe audio via OpenAI diarization API (local python script)
4. Paste the transcription into an n8n workflow node that drafts an email summary in milos.tadic@hvcapital.com
5. Forward the email draft to IM for revision and distribution
