IR Email Drafting

Overview

Susann Aulbach of the IR team often has meetings with LPs and 1+ GPs. Beforehand, she sends a brief to the GPs. This program automates the drafting of such email contents, chiefly by pulling data from Affinity.

Troubleshooting

The identification of the relevant meetings has been implemented in accordance with the original PO spec, which was short and verbal. The PO responsiveness has been relatively low, specifically relating to follow-up requests by the dev to clarify or provide more data during development.

The PO has insisted that “even 70% accuracy” was useful to them. By my estimate, the program runs at 90% accuracy. There have been inquiries about “why was X not caught”, and they were clarified in accordance with the original spec each time, with no further follow-ups by the PO.
