Invoice Processing

Overview

This service was initiated, designed, and meticulously documented by Philipp Haufe to auto-process inbound invoices on invoice@hvcapital.com. The project was implemented as a custom node and has reached a testing stage. As of March 31, 2026 it is still “live” in that it produces dummy logs, but does not produce any actual effect in the intended areas of impact. It is a toggle on the n8n node.

It was advised by me, and decided together with the PM Philipp Haufe and the prospective project owner Luisa Chiannetta, not to let the program into production due to:

• project complexity
• limited expression interest by stakeholders
• lack of time for extensive testing due to Milos’s contract termination
• prioritization of smaller-scope projects with vocal interest by stakeholders

Access

Please consult Philipp Haufe before retiring the project and pulling the plug on n8n side.

Milos has the source code in a private repo in the case of future development interest.
